The most important step to success is intelligent production planning - time is money. With the MyXPert® ProductionManager you can plan (PPS), control (MES) and monitor (SCADA) the entire production and its resources, either independently or by connecting to your existing ERP system. With the MyXPert® ToolManager package you will experience the simplest resource management in a central database solution for the manufacturing industry. All technical information of your turning/milling tools, testing/measuring equipment, clamping devices or also related material/cutting data are based on international standards and thus let you reach your goal faster. Comfortable, simple, fast and efficient, MyXPert® OfficeManager allows you to get a grip on the enterprise resource planning (WMS) in your production company. For example, as a contract manufacturer you can easily create the pre-/post-calculations for your production orders. Even blanket orders can be created with a fully integrated address and contact management (CRM). The automatic order proposal module helps you with important stock levels, so that you never run into a bottleneck with important products, e.g. for a product manufacturer, or even Norm standard parts, raw materials. Or alternatively, you can simply work Just-In-Time.

The challenges here are firstly the complete data acquisition for the specified preventive and maintenance measures and secondly the best possible use of tooling, testing and measuring equipment on the machine. In a planned production process, in addition to the actual product manufacture (workpiece), residual materials such as chips, cooling waste water, etc. also accumulate. Among other things, these materials significantly define the consumption behaviour and their dependencies of the respective machine operating conditions.

Only up-to-date data can be planned and controlled. With the MyXPert® monitoring software package (SCADA) you can monitor your machines and plants in real time by integrating a SPS/PLC. From this, the system can draw conclusions for an optimal time, e.g. for maintenance (CMMS) in combination with the necessary set-up times according to production planning (PPS). Test and measuring equipment is also subject to test cycles in order to remain operational and accurate at all times. You can achieve exactly this through central scheduling. You will be reminded in time of all deadline work and can thus concentrate on the work process itself.

From milling of 2 to 5 axes simultaneously, turning, swiss-tool machining, wire eroding and robotics, your entire machining production can be programmed and controlled in a control-neutral way. The integrated machine workspace simulation allows a detailed, monitored display of the respective traverse paths interactively on your PC, thus drastically reducing the run-in and set-up time.
